The words are in alphabetical order. Each term has a short explanation and a pointer to the entry where the details are; when two words look alike, the explanation says what not to confuse with what.

## A

- **Abbondanza** — Extra 3 mm margin around the sheet in print formats, to avoid white edges after cutting. The dashed purple line is the cutting line. See [Print formats](https://narciso.io/en/docs/formati-di-stampa/).
- **Abilita Assistente AI** — Entry in the chat's Impostazioni menu with the switches for the assistant's automatic functions. Only the Titolare changes them. See [Comunicazioni settings](https://narciso.io/en/docs/impostazioni-comunicazioni/).
- **Account bloccato** — After too many wrong login attempts, access stays stopped for 30 minutes. See [Login page](https://narciso.io/en/docs/pagina-di-accesso/), [Login problems](https://narciso.io/en/docs/problemi-di-accesso/).
- **Agenda** — The page with the week's or the day's appointments. See [Calendar](https://narciso.io/en/docs/agenda/).

- **Aggiungi (menu)** — Button on the tables bar with «Crea da zero» and «Importa esistenti». See [Data tables](https://narciso.io/en/docs/tabelle-dati/), [Importing clients](https://narciso.io/en/docs/importare-clienti/).
- **Agente di design** — The assistant that creates a graphic when you write `/design` in Segreteria. See [Design agent (/design)](https://narciso.io/en/docs/agente-di-design/).

- **Asta prenotazioni** — Assistant function for freeing up an occupied slot in return for a surcharge. See [Slot swap (Booking auction)](https://narciso.io/en/docs/scambio-del-posto/).
- **Assistente AI (bot)** — The program that answers clients by itself in chat. See [The chat assistant](https://narciso.io/en/docs/bot-in-chat/), [Bots and automations](https://narciso.io/en/docs/bot-e-automazioni/).
- **AuraStudio** — Narciso's graphics editor; it opens from the Designer entry. See [AuraStudio](https://narciso.io/en/docs/aurastudio/), [Designer](https://narciso.io/en/docs/designer/).
- **Aziende (Fornitori)** — Suppliers as companies, with company name, VAT number and payment terms. *Not to be confused with* Persone fisiche, the contact people. See [Supplier companies](https://narciso.io/en/docs/aziende-fornitrici/).

- **Badge dei non letti** — Number next to a conversation: the messages not yet read. See [The conversation list](https://narciso.io/en/docs/elenco-conversazioni/).
- **Banna** — Blocks a contact: their new messages no longer arrive. *Not to be confused with* Silenzia, which only stops the counter. See [Muting, banning and deleting a conversation](https://narciso.io/en/docs/gestire-conversazioni/).
- **Barcode (codice a barre)** — Code printed on products and cards, read by the reader connected to the Narciso Hub. See [Barcode reader](https://narciso.io/en/docs/lettore-di-codici-a-barre/).
- **BKG Remover** — Editor tool for removing the background from a photo. See [Retouching photos](https://narciso.io/en/docs/ritoccare-le-foto/).
- **Bot** — See Assistente AI.
- **Bozza** — Unfinished work in the graphics editor, to be resumed in «Riprendi lavoro». *Not to be confused with* the finished post (Post finito). See [Designer projects](https://narciso.io/en/docs/progetti-del-designer/).
- **Buono Sconto** — A type of loyalty reward, obtained with points, which counts as a discount in Cassa. *Not to be confused with* the codes of the Promozioni. See [Loyalty rewards](https://narciso.io/en/docs/premi-fedelta/).
- **Buono spostamento** — A 2 € voucher received by whoever agrees to move their own appointment in the seat swap. See [Slot swap (Booking auction)](https://narciso.io/en/docs/scambio-del-posto/).

## C

- **Cambio sede** — Switching to another location from the Mappa sedi: the program reloads data and permissions. See [Locations map and active location](https://narciso.io/en/docs/mappa-sedi/).
- **Canale** — The route by which clients write: WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, Telegram, email, PEC. Until it is connected, no messages arrive. See [Linking channels](https://narciso.io/en/docs/collegare-i-canali/).
- **Carico e Scarico** — Register of the movements that change a product's stock level. See [Stock in and out](https://narciso.io/en/docs/carico-e-scarico/).
- **Carosello** — Social post of several scrollable images; in the editor each image is a frame. See [The canvas](https://narciso.io/en/docs/tela/), [New post](https://narciso.io/en/docs/nuovo-post/).
- **Carta punti** — The client's loyalty card: points are credited only if the client has it. See [Loyalty points](https://narciso.io/en/docs/punti-fedelta/).
- **Cartella (chat)** — A grouping of conversations. Dissolving a folder does not delete the conversations. See [Folders](https://narciso.io/en/docs/cartelle/).
- **Cartellino presenze** — Record with the clock-in and clock-out entries. See [Attendance](https://narciso.io/en/docs/presenze/).
- **Cassa** — Page with three modes: Riscuoti (sales), Paga (suppliers), Fedeltà (rewards with points). See [Cash desk](https://narciso.io/en/docs/cassa/).

- **Collegamenti** — Button for connecting or disconnecting channels and social accounts; for Cassa, the page of accounts and POS terminals. - **Consenso (privacy e marketing)** — The client's authorisation for data processing, recorded in the client record. See [Privacy and consents in the automations](https://narciso.io/en/docs/privacy-e-consensi/).
- **Contabilità** — Page with Prima Nota and Scadenzario. See [Accounting](https://narciso.io/en/docs/contabilita/).
- **Conversazione** — The messages exchanged with a contact; if the same client has several channels connected, it appears in a single row. See [The conversation list](https://narciso.io/en/docs/elenco-conversazioni/).
- **CrazyLab** — AuraStudio drawer where you describe an image in words for the AI to generate. See [Images with artificial intelligence](https://narciso.io/en/docs/immagini-con-ai/).
- **Crediti AI (token)** — Personal currency used to pay for image generation and for building the website with AI. Each user has their own balance. *Not to be confused with* loyalty points. See [AI credits](https://narciso.io/en/docs/crediti-ai/).

- **Designer** — Menu entry that opens the AuraStudio graphics editor. See [Designer](https://narciso.io/en/docs/designer/).
- **Dispositivo non autorizzato** — Screen shown when the device's access is stopped. See [Login problems](https://narciso.io/en/docs/problemi-di-accesso/), [Opening Narciso](https://narciso.io/en/docs/apertura-di-narciso/).
- **Documento Commerciale** — The tax document (the «receipt») transmitted to the Agenzia delle Entrate after the sale; the client can receive its PDF. - **Dichiara** — Prima Nota action that transmits a sale to the Agenzia delle Entrate. See [Cash book](https://narciso.io/en/docs/prima-nota/).
- **Duplicare (turni)** — Copying the hours of one day onto other days. See [Shifts](https://narciso.io/en/docs/turni/).

## E

- **EAN** — The product's barcode. *Not to be confused with* SKU, the internal code. See [Products](https://narciso.io/en/docs/prodotti/).
- **Email** — Mailbox connected to the chat. See [Email](https://narciso.io/en/docs/email/).
- **Emoji e GIF** — Smileys and animated images in messages; it also contains the Sticker tab. See [Writing and sending a message](https://narciso.io/en/docs/scrivere-messaggi/), [Stickers](https://narciso.io/en/docs/sticker/).
- **Esaurito** — Product with zero stock. See [Products](https://narciso.io/en/docs/prodotti/), [Stock](https://narciso.io/en/docs/magazzino/).
- **Esporta** — Button on the tables for downloading the data. See [Data tables](https://narciso.io/en/docs/tabelle-dati/).

## F

- **F24** — Tax payment form; in Scadenzario the deadlines prepared by the program appear. See [Payment schedule](https://narciso.io/en/docs/scadenzario/).
- **Fedeltà (Cassa)** — Third mode of Cassa, where points are converted into rewards. See [Loyalty rewards in the Cash desk](https://narciso.io/en/docs/cassa-fedelta/).
- **Fiamma** — Icon on an Instagram or Facebook post that shows how it is doing compared with the account's other posts. See [Social media statistics](https://narciso.io/en/docs/statistiche-social/), [Editorial plan](https://narciso.io/en/docs/piano-editoriale/).
- **Fine turno** — For the Operatore, automatic logout at the end of the shift. See [End of shift](https://narciso.io/en/docs/fine-turno/).

- **Genitore / Figlio (prodotti)** — Descriptive link between variants of the same product; it does not change stock or prices. See [Products](https://narciso.io/en/docs/prodotti/).
- **Giacenza** — Quantity of a product in stock. See [Products](https://narciso.io/en/docs/prodotti/), [Stock in and out](https://narciso.io/en/docs/carico-e-scarico/).
- **Giorni Max. Pagamento** — Maximum payment extension granted by a supplier, which determines the deadlines that can be proposed in Cassa (Paga). See [Supplier companies](https://narciso.io/en/docs/aziende-fornitrici/), [Paying suppliers](https://narciso.io/en/docs/pagare-fornitori/).
- **Gomma, Gomma magica** — Editor tools for erasing part of the photo with a brush. See [Retouching photos](https://narciso.io/en/docs/ritoccare-le-foto/).
- **Google (scheda)** — The business's profile on Google. See [Google listing](https://narciso.io/en/docs/scheda-google/).

- **Hardware Bridge / HUB IoT** — Other names for the Narciso Hub.

- **Interno (uso del prodotto)** — Consumable product of the salon: it does not appear in Cassa in Riscuoti. See [Products](https://narciso.io/en/docs/prodotti/).

- **IVA** — Value added tax: in Cassa it is applied line by line; a flat-rate (forfettario) business does not apply it to sales. - **Palette aziendale** — The brand's colours, taken from the logo or chosen by hand. See [Company palette and fonts](https://narciso.io/en/docs/identita-visiva/).
- **Partita IVA** — The business's tax number; at registration it pre-fills the data. See [Business set-up](https://narciso.io/en/docs/configurazione-attivita/).
- **PEC** — Certified email, connected like email. See [PEC (certified email)](https://narciso.io/en/docs/pec/).
- **Personale Disponibile** — Agenda box that shows who is free. See [Calendar](https://narciso.io/en/docs/agenda/).
- **Persone Fisiche (Fornitori)** — Record of the suppliers' sales contacts. See [Individual suppliers](https://narciso.io/en/docs/persone-fisiche-fornitrici/).
- **Piano editoriale** — Calendar of scheduled and published posts. See [Editorial plan](https://narciso.io/en/docs/piano-editoriale/).
- **Pillole (staff)** — Labels with team members' names above the Agenda: one click filters the appointments. See [Calendar](https://narciso.io/en/docs/agenda/).
- **Pin (mappa)** — Drop that marks a location on the Mappa sedi. *Not to be confused with* Pinterest Pins. See [Locations map and active location](https://narciso.io/en/docs/mappa-sedi/).
- **Pin (Pinterest)** — Image published on Pinterest. See [Pinterest](https://narciso.io/en/docs/pinterest/).
- **POS** — Card payment terminal that can be connected in Cassa. See [Payments and POS](https://narciso.io/en/docs/pagamenti-e-pos/).
- **Post finito** — Post saved with Salva Post: it goes into the Social library. *Not to be confused with* Bozza. See [Exporting](https://narciso.io/en/docs/esportare/).
- **Postazione** — Chair or workstation that can be assigned to the appointment. See [Services](https://narciso.io/en/docs/servizi/), [New appointment](https://narciso.io/en/docs/nuovo-appuntamento/).
- **Premium (funzione)** — Option activated by Narciso on a single user: attachments that some channels do not accept are converted and compacted instead of being rejected. See [Writing and sending a message](https://narciso.io/en/docs/scrivere-messaggi/).
- **Prenotazione intelligente** — Bot function that books, moves and cancels appointments in chat. See [Prenotazione intelligente](https://narciso.io/en/docs/prenotazione-intelligente/).
- **Previsione taglio** — Bot function: from a photo of the face it prepares haircut proposals and a short video. It does not use AI credits. See [Haircut preview (the mirror)](https://narciso.io/en/docs/previsione-taglio/).
- **Prima Nota** — Register of the money coming in and going out. See [Cash book](https://narciso.io/en/docs/prima-nota/).
- **Promozione** — Offer with a code (percentage or euro discount, free gift) valid at the active location. See [Promotions](https://narciso.io/en/docs/promozioni/).
- **Provvigione (%)** — Percentage granted to the team member on a service; it is only recorded. See [Services](https://narciso.io/en/docs/servizi/).
- **Punti fedeltà** — Points earned by the client with the loyalty card and exchanged for rewards. See [Loyalty points](https://narciso.io/en/docs/punti-fedelta/).
- **Punto Riordino** — Indicative threshold in the table, a reminder only. *Not to be confused with* Scorta di sicurezza, which generates the reorder task. See [Products](https://narciso.io/en/docs/prodotti/).

- **Reach** — Number of people reached by a post. See [Social media statistics](https://narciso.io/en/docs/statistiche-social/).

- **Riordina (compito)** — Segreteria task when a product is below its stock threshold. See [Secretariat](https://narciso.io/en/docs/segreteria/).
