# What's new

> What has changed recently in the program and in the guide, from newest to oldest. The program has no version number, so the news is grouped by date.

Last updated: 23 October 2026. Source: https://narciso.io/en/docs/novita/

The program **does not show a version number** and does not warn you when an update arrives: you see the changes the next time you open or reload the page ([Program updates](https://narciso.io/en/docs/aggiornamenti-del-programma/)). That is why the news here is ordered by **date**.

> **Note.** The functions marked **«in preparazione»** (in preparation) already exist in the program, but have not yet been made available to everyone: the guide describes them anyway, so that those who get them know how they work.

## October 2026

### In preparation

- **Seat swap** (Scambio del posto): the bot can ask a client to move their appointment to free up a slot for another, in return for a 5 € urgency surcharge and a 2 € rescheduling voucher. See [Slot swap (Booking auction)](https://narciso.io/en/docs/scambio-del-posto/).
- **Stickers**: in the Emoji e GIF tab you can send stickers, which can also be created with the Designer in 512 × 512 format. See [Stickers](https://narciso.io/en/docs/sticker/).
- **Design agent**: by writing `/design` in Segreteria, the assistant prepares a graphic in the Designer and saves it as a draft. See [Design agent (/design)](https://narciso.io/en/docs/agente-di-design/).
- **Photo retouching in the Designer**: background removal, eraser, inpainting and break apart, without using AI credits. See [Retouching photos](https://narciso.io/en/docs/ritoccare-le-foto/).

### From 14 to 21 October

- **Clients and privacy**: the client record anonymises itself 12 months after deletion; the privacy notice to clients is signed when the record is created. See [Privacy and consents in the automations](https://narciso.io/en/docs/privacy-e-consensi/).
- **Chat**: the Titolare can download a chat (also for a date range); GIF-type messages and heavy downloads are faster; chat folders are per location. See [Muting, banning and deleting a conversation](https://narciso.io/en/docs/gestire-conversazioni/), [Folders](https://narciso.io/en/docs/cartelle/).
- **Chat, sending**: sending limits per channel and closing of double sends. See [Writing and sending a message](https://narciso.io/en/docs/scrivere-messaggi/).
- **Aura Studio**: complete update of the graphics editor, with image generation and AI credits. See [AuraStudio](https://narciso.io/en/docs/aurastudio/), [AI credits](https://narciso.io/en/docs/crediti-ai/).

### From 10 to 13 October

- **Transaction history**: every payment started from Riscuoti (Collect) immediately appears as «in attesa» (pending) and a payment link that is still open can be cancelled. See [Transaction history](https://narciso.io/en/docs/storico-transazioni/).
- **Refunds**: a partial refund is distinct from a full one; loyalty points and total spent adjust in proportion, with a full refund the products go back to stock and, if the receipt had been transmitted, the return is reported to the Agenzia delle Entrate (Italian Revenue Agency). See [Transaction history](https://narciso.io/en/docs/storico-transazioni/).

## The guide

- **23 October 2026**: the online Narciso guide is born, rewritten entry by entry on how the program really works. Each entry shows the date of its last check. See [About this guide](https://narciso.io/en/docs/informazioni/).
