# External services

> The Narciso functions that rely on third-party services (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Google, Stripe, Agenzia delle Entrate and others) and what to do when one does not respond.

Many Narciso functions rely on **third-party services**. If one of these services is down or not responding, **only the functions connected to it** stop working: the rest of the management program carries on.

## Functions and services

| Function | Service it depends on | If the service does not respond |
|---|---|---|
| Login and registration | Cloudflare anti-robot check | You cannot log in and «Verifica di sicurezza non completata.» (Security check not completed.) appears. Check that the network does not block Cloudflare, reload the page and try again later |
| Chat attachments, social media, library | File storage | Attachments do not load or cannot be seen. Try again; if it continues, tell support |
| Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp Aziendale | Meta | Messages not sent or publications that failed. If the channel's access has expired or been revoked, the channel must be reconnected from **Collegamenti** (Connections) (see [Linking channels](https://narciso.io/en/docs/collegare-i-canali/)) |
| Publishing videos and photos on TikTok | TikTok | Posts in error. If the connection was revoked, reconnect it from **Collegamenti** |
| Publishing Pins | Pinterest | Connection not completed or publication failed. Reconnect from **Collegamenti** |
| Business profile, reviews | Google | Errors in the Google profile. Reconnect the Google account and try again later (see [Google listing](https://narciso.io/en/docs/scheda-google/)) |
| Card payments, KlimaCard | Stripe | Payment declined or connection not completed. Try again and check the Stripe account |
| Electronic receipt | Agenzia delle Entrate | The sale is recorded but the commercial document is not sent. Try again later |
| Verification of the client's number in chat booking | SMS sending service | The client does not receive the code. Try again; the client can book another way |
| Chat assistant, import from documents, haircut preview, texts | Artificial intelligence services | A message such as «AI non disponibile» (AI not available) appears. The manual functions keep working; try again later |
| Outgoing email from the program | Mail service | Emails not delivered. Check the spam folder and report it if the problem happens again |
| Address coordinates and map of the locations | OpenStreetMap and ArcGIS | Address not found or empty map. Try again and choose the address from the suggestions |
| Photos, icons, «Creator's» templates and Designer fonts | Unsplash, icon and template catalogues, translation service, Google Fonts | The corresponding panels stay empty and the text may use a substitute font. Your own photos and files keep working ([Designer side panels](https://narciso.io/en/docs/pannelli-del-designer/)) |
| PDF preview | unpkg | PDFs do not open in preview: download the file and open it with your own reader |
| Video preview in the Social section | YouTube | No preview |

## When a service is down

1. Do not repeat the operation many times in a row.
2. Wait a few minutes and try again.
3. If the problem lasts, write to support saying **which function** is not working and **at what time** (see [Support](https://narciso.io/en/docs/assistenza/)).
