Translated from the Italian guide. Narciso itself is in Italian, so the names of buttons, menus and fields are shown exactly as they appear on screen, with a translation in brackets where it helps.
AuraStudio (in the editor it appears as Aura Studio by Narciso) is Narciso's graphic editor: it is used to design social media posts, stories, carousels, flyers, posters and business cards, by composing photos, texts, shapes, icons and images generated with artificial intelligence. It always opens inside the management program, from the Designer menu entry (Designer): there is no presentation page and no separate tab. «Designer» and «AuraStudio» are therefore the same editor, seen from the menu entry and from its name.

What it is not#
AuraStudio does not change clients' hairstyles: the Previsione taglio (Haircut preview) (a simulation of a new haircut on a photo of the client) is used from the chat, not from the editor: see Haircut preview (the mirror). Photos, on the other hand, can be retouched (removing the background, erasing an area, splitting into layers): see Retouching photos. In the editor there is no «salva nell'anagrafica cliente» (save in the client records) button: results go into the salon's library in Social media or are downloaded (Exporting).
The editor is designed for social media and print: on the canvas there are no videos, animations or audio.
How access works#
- The program asks the editor by itself for a work permit valid for 24 hours. If the editor stays open longer, reload the Designer page.
- If access to the management program expires, the editor warns with Sessione scaduta. A breve sarai disconnesso. (Session expired. You will be logged out shortly.) and takes you back to the login screen (Session and logging out).
- The contents (drafts, finished posts, files, AI creations, templates, print orders) follow the active location (Locations map and active location).
What is paid#
Almost everything is included in the program. These are paid:
- generating images with the AI, by credits (Images with artificial intelligence, AI credits);
- print orders (Ordina Produzione, Print formats).
AI credits are per user: each team member (Titolare (owner), Responsabile (manager), Operatore (operator)) has their own balance, which also pays for generating the content of the Website.
External services#
The Libreria (Library) photos, the icons and the Creator's templates come from external services; quotes and memes are Narciso archives. To search for icons and photos, the text typed may be sent to an external translation and search service (External services).
