Translated from the Italian guide. Narciso itself is in Italian, so the names of buttons, menus and fields are shown exactly as they appear on screen, with a translation in brackets where it helps.
The program does not show a version number and does not warn you when an update arrives: you see the changes the next time you open or reload the page (Program updates). That is why the news here is ordered by date.

In preparation#
- Seat swap (Scambio del posto): the bot can ask a client to move their appointment to free up a slot for another, in return for a 5 € urgency surcharge and a 2 € rescheduling voucher. See Slot swap (Booking auction).
- Stickers: in the Emoji e GIF tab you can send stickers, which can also be created with the Designer in 512 × 512 format. See Stickers.
- Design agent: by writing
/designin Segreteria, the assistant prepares a graphic in the Designer and saves it as a draft. See Design agent (/design). - Photo retouching in the Designer: background removal, eraser, inpainting and break apart, without using AI credits. See Retouching photos.
From 14 to 21 October#
- Clients and privacy: the client record anonymises itself 12 months after deletion; the privacy notice to clients is signed when the record is created. See Privacy and consents in the automations.
- Chat: the Titolare can download a chat (also for a date range); GIF-type messages and heavy downloads are faster; chat folders are per location. See Muting, banning and deleting a conversation, Folders.
- Chat, sending: sending limits per channel and closing of double sends. See Writing and sending a message.
- Aura Studio: complete update of the graphics editor, with image generation and AI credits. See AuraStudio, AI credits.
From 10 to 13 October#
- Transaction history: every payment started from Riscuoti (Collect) immediately appears as «in attesa» (pending) and a payment link that is still open can be cancelled. See Transaction history.
- Refunds: a partial refund is distinct from a full one; loyalty points and total spent adjust in proportion, with a full refund the products go back to stock and, if the receipt had been transmitted, the return is reported to the Agenzia delle Entrate (Italian Revenue Agency).
