Chat shortcuts

Translated from the Italian guide. Narciso itself is in Italian, so the names of buttons, menus and fields are shown exactly as they appear on screen, with a translation in brackets where it helps.
This page gathers in one place the mouse and keyboard actions of the large chat (Comunicazioni). Each row points to the entry that explains the action in full.

What does not exist#
- Double-click. On rows and bubbles it does nothing.
- Esc in menus and confirmation windows. The Impostazioni menu, the right-click menu, «Collega questa chat», the delete confirmation and the name of the new folder do not close with Esc: they close with the mouse (click outside or button). Esc only works in the viewer and in the client and supplier records.
- Quick keys to change conversation or to open and close the chat panel: there are none.
- Pasting files or images with Ctrl+V: in text fields only text is pasted. To attach, use the paperclip or dragging (Writing and sending a message).
