Legal pages
Last updated:
Translated from the Italian guide. Narciso itself is in Italian, so the names of buttons, menus and fields are shown exactly as they appear on screen, with a translation in brackets where it helps.
Narciso publishes nine legal documents. They are read-only, public pages: you read them without logging in and they contain no forms. Each one shows the title, an indication of the type (for example «Privacy» or «Contratto» (Contract)) and the version of the text, which is the publication date. At the top there is the Indietro (Back) button; if the page was opened in a new tab, with no history, the button closes the tab.

Where to find them#
- At the bottom of the login page the three links Privacy Policy, Terms of Service and Cookie Policy open the main documents in a new tab (see Login page).
- In the staff member's form the Consensi legali menu lists the documents to be confirmed, each with an information icon that opens the text (see Adding staff during registration).
- In Segreteria the task of rereading and reconfirming a document appears when its text changes.

Who has to confirm what#
- The Titolare confirms all seven documents that require acknowledgement: business registration cannot be completed without these confirmations (see Adding staff during registration).
- The Responsabile (manager) and the Operatore (operator) confirm the three documents that apply to everyone: the staff privacy notice, the security and tracking notice, cookies and local storage.
- For each confirmation Narciso records the date and the version of the document.
When confirmation must be renewed#
Acknowledgement of a document must be renewed in two cases:
- the text of the document changes: the version at the top of the page changes and anyone who had already confirmed it is asked to reread it;
- 12 months have passed since the last confirmation.
In both cases a single task appears in Segreteria, «Rinnova il tuo consenso legale» (Renew your legal consent) («Rinnova i consensi legali» (Renew the legal consents) when it concerns several people), which opens the renewal window. Titolare and Responsabile also see the consents to be renewed for the people they can manage. For substantial changes to the terms, notice is given, as stated in the text of the document.
