Security check for too many requests

Translated from the Italian guide. Narciso itself is in Italian, so the names of buttons, menus and fields are shown exactly as they appear on screen, with a translation in brackets where it helps.
The security check for too many requests is a full-screen page that Narciso shows when the device's behaviour looks like that of an automated program rather than a person. Anyone who works normally, even very quickly, usually never meets it.

What it looks like#
The page is white, with the word Narciso at the top, the title Verifica di sicurezza (Security check) and the text «Abbiamo rilevato troppe richieste in poco tempo.» (We have detected too many requests in a short time.). While it is open, the management program is neither visible nor usable.
It can appear:
- while you are working: the page reloads by itself and shows the check;
- when you open Narciso, if the device had already been limited earlier.
First time: the Continua button#
The text says «Per continuare conferma che non si tratta di un'automazione.» (To continue, confirm that this is not automation.). Under a decorative QR code there is the Continua (Continue) button.
- Press Continua. For a moment the button shows «Verifica in corso...» (Check in progress...) and is disabled.
- The block is lifted and the management program becomes visible again.
Narciso keeps what you were doing: the text typed in the fields (passwords are excluded) and the open window are restored. During the restore the message «Ripristino sessione in corso...» (Restoring session...) appears.
Repeat: confirmation from WhatsApp#
If the check repeats within a short time, Narciso asks for a stronger confirmation, from WhatsApp. The text becomes «Per continuare conferma che sei tu: invia il messaggio da WhatsApp con il numero registrato nel tuo profilo» (To continue, confirm that it is you: send the message from WhatsApp with the number registered in your profile), followed by the last digits of the number that must match.
- Wait for the message «Preparazione del codice...» (Preparing the code...) until a QR code appears.
- Scan the QR with your phone. From a tablet or a computer with WhatsApp, press Apri WhatsApp (Open WhatsApp): a ready-written message opens.
- Send the message from the phone whose number is registered in the profile. The message must be sent as it is, without adding text or attachments.
- The page unlocks by itself after a few seconds. There is no button to press.
The code is valid for 15 minutes. The Rigenera (Regenerate) button creates a new one.
If the message comes from a different number, the red warning «Il messaggio è arrivato da un numero diverso da quello del tuo profilo. Scrivi dal telefono registrato.» (The message came from a number different from the one in your profile. Write from the registered phone.) appears at the top right for a few seconds. The code stays valid: just write again from the right phone.

If you cannot continue#
The check is linked to an account. If it appears before you have logged in and the profile's number cannot be used, you cannot unlock it yourself: contact support (see Login problems).
