Tools with artificial intelligence

Translated from the Italian guide. Narciso itself is in Italian, so the names of buttons, menus and fields are shown exactly as they appear on screen, with a translation in brackets where it helps.
Narciso uses artificial intelligence in several places. This entry is meant to help you find your way around: only two functions use AI credits; all the others are included in the program and do not touch the balance.

Functions that use credits#

The balance is personal and the same for both; it is topped up from the profile box in the Designer or from the Ricarica (Top up) page (AI credits).
Photo retouching in the editor#
The tools in the Tool panel for retouching a photo in the Designer (BKG Remover, BKG Remover +, Scomponi, Gomma, Gomma magica, Inpainting) do not use credits: they only have a limit on requests per salon every 10 minutes. They are described in Retouching photos.

Things to know#
- When an artificial intelligence service does not respond, a message such as «AI non disponibile» (AI not available) appears: the manual functions keep working and you try again later (External services).
- The editor retouches the photos you give it (background, erasures, layers: Retouching photos), but it does not change clients' haircuts: to simulate a new haircut, use the Haircut preview from the chat (AuraStudio).
