Order history
Last updated:
Translated from the Italian guide. Narciso itself is in Italian, so the names of buttons, menus and fields are shown exactly as they appear on screen, with a translation in brackets where it helps.
The Storico ordini (Order history) tab of Suppliers lists, read-only, all the purchases made: orders to suppliers (for example those recorded by the Cassa (cash desk) with «Paga» (Pay), see Paying suppliers), the prints commissioned from the Designer and the top-ups of artificial intelligence credits. It is open to all roles. Nothing is added, edited or deleted from here.
Rows arrive in blocks as you scroll, with no limit on the total, and the list updates by itself when a colleague records an order.
Contents
The columns#
| Column | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Data (Date) | The day («10 Sep 2026») and, for orders, the number in grey («#12»). For prints and top-ups it is the payment date or, if missing, the creation date |
| Fornitore (Supplier) | The company's name, in bold. «Sconosciuto» (Unknown) if an order has no supplier; «Fornitore di Sistema» (System supplier) for prints and top-ups |
| Acquistato (Prodotti) (Purchased (Products)) | The names of the products separated by commas; for prints «Stampa [formato] [misura] × [quantità]» (Print [format] [size] × [quantity]); for top-ups the name of the package |
| Importo (Amount) | The total («€250.00»). For orders it is the total including VAT |
| Pagamento (Payment) | A label In attesa (Pending) (orange), Pagato (Paid) (green) or Scaduto (Overdue) (red) and below it the payment method. For prints and top-ups «Carta / Stripe» (Card / Stripe) |
| Esito (Outcome) | The order's status, with its colour (see below) |
| Note | The order's notes; for prints «Stampa (nome del fornitore di stampa)» (Print (name of the print supplier)) or «Stampa commissionata» (Commissioned print); for top-ups «N token accreditati» (N tokens credited) or «Ricarica crediti AI» (AI credits top-up) |
The Esito statuses#
| Status | Colour |
|---|---|
| Pendente (Pending), In lavorazione (In progress) | Orange |
| Inviato (Sent), Spedito (Shipped) | Light blue |
| Parziale (Partial) | Grey |
| Ricevuto (Received), Pagato (Paid), Consegnato (Delivered) | Green |
| Annullato (Cancelled), Cancellato (Deleted) | Red |
Top-ups always show as «Ricevuto»; prints show their own status («Consegnato» if they do not have one).
Search, order and export#
- Search («Cerca per N° Ordine, fornitore, prodotti o note...» (Search by Order No., supplier, products or notes...)): the program runs it on the whole history and not only on the rows already loaded. It searches in the order number, the supplier's name, the product names, the notes and the exact amount. It does not consider the payment status or the outcome.
- Order. On opening, the rows are from the most recent date. You can change the order only by clicking the Data and Importo headings; the other columns cannot be re-sorted.
- Esporta (Export) (Excel, CSV, JSON, PDF) saves all the rows that match the current search and order, or only the selected ones, with the visible columns. If it fails, a red warning appears.
- If loading fails, «Non è stato possibile caricare lo storico.» (The history could not be loaded.) appears with the button to try again.
The general behaviour of the table is described in Data tables.
To see an order's detail#
From the history the order's record does not open. To see lines, quantities and prices you open the Cash book (cash book) in Contabilità (Accounting) and click the «Ordine N» (Order N) link in the Descrizione column. Orders still to be paid also appear in the Payment schedule (payment schedule).
