Translated from the Italian guide. Narciso itself is in Italian, so the names of buttons, menus and fields are shown exactly as they appear on screen, with a translation in brackets where it helps.
Many Narciso functions rely on third-party services. If one of these services is down or not responding, only the functions connected to it stop working: the rest of the management program carries on.

When a service is down#
- Do not repeat the operation many times in a row.
- Wait a few minutes and try again.
- If the problem lasts, write to support saying which function is not working and at what time (see Support).
